Returns & Exchanges

At Epic Cycles, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new bike or equipment isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items back into their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and any tools or manuals are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
