We offer a 30-day trial period. If you aren't satisfied with your ride, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant signs of wear.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.
Do you offer professional assembly services?
Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose 'Ship to Local Pro' at checkout, and we will send your bike directly to a certified mechanic for professional assembly and tuning.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Every Epic Cycles frame is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Components such as drivetrains, brakes, and suspension are covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects.
